1 - Magnetic Compass : Direction is an important part of navigation. This is a crucial navigation
                                         device which has worked for thousands of years.
2 -  5 gallons of water : Water, indubitably more important than food, starving is a better option than
                                        dehydration.
3 - Stellar map of moon's constellations : This along with the compass is relatively easy to carry,
                                                                       but also crucial.
4 - Tow 110lb Tanks of Oxygen: With this towing mechanism you can carry more items with you,
                                                       it will make transportation much easier.
5 - Box of matches : Relatively easy to carry and gives a

6 -  Signal flares :  Humans cling to hope, this provides hope to be found.

7 - Solar-Powered FM receiver-transmitter : If there can be any help, its worth a try...
8 - First-aid Kit containing injection needles :  In case there are any injuries.

9 - 50' of nylon rope : In case there is any hiking to do.

10 - Two .45 Calibre Pistols : Protection, or a way out.
11 - Portable heating unit : In case you can't make a fire, a parachute and this is ideal.
12 - Parachute silk : Provides cover.
13 - Food Concentrate : Keep hydrated and lose some weight, don't bring this.
14 - Life Raft : I mean how are you gonna carry this??
15 - One case of dehydrated pet milk : Are you a pet??

I reckon If you could, use the oxygen tank towing mechanism along with some rope and silk parachute to make a cart like device to carry as many things with you as possible.
